Spector.  With over 70 years collective teaching experience and 50 years collective law enforcement experience, these accomplished trainers will offer you a wealth of information and strategies in becoming an effective and confident supervisor.   One day will be focused on Supervisory Liability, instructed by Elliot B. Spector, Esquire, learning about the theories of Supervisory Liability; Failure to Discipline, Failure to Train & Failure to Properly Supervise.  This class will apply current law and case examples to practical real life aspects of supervision.  Three days will be focused on Leader Skills for Police Supervisors in this highly interactive, skills-based section, designed to instill critical supervisory behaviors in new and experienced supervisors, presented by Bill Reilly, Asst. Chief of Police (Ret.).  One day of learning about Legal Issues in Internal Affairs Investigations, presented by Alaric J. Fox, Esquire, completes the program.
